We are a General Contractor who specializes in Commercial Retail/Office Fit Outs and Industrial Food Plants. We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor, Carpenter and/or Labourer to join our team.
Carpenter
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in finish carpentry
5+ years' experience in rough carpentry preferred
Valid driver's license
Willingness to work weekends or night shifts if required
Knowledge of Procore or similar software
All current safety training certificates for:
WHMIS with GHS
Standard First Aid
Working at Heights
Elevated Work Platform
Propane Heaters in Construction
Completion of the following training:
Workplace Violence & Harassment
Accessibility Customer Service Standards
Accessibility Integrated Standards
Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw, jigsaw, concrete saw, demo hammers and grinders
Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites
Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time
Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds

Site Superintendent
Responsibilities:
Direct site operations (labour, material, subcontractors) in the delivery of projects by adhering to schedules, safety requirements, drawings and specifications
Ensure subcontractors work in compliance with our Health & Safety Policy
Schedule and motivate subcontractors to complete work in a timely manner while maintaining the level of detail and quality expected by RFB Construction Inc.
Maintain a professional and organized job site
Manage and inspect the quality of all team members’ performance on site and hold them accountable to RFB Construction Inc. standards of construction
Willingness to work with tools as required
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the ICI sector
Common 3-year driver record or driver’s license history from Service Ontario
Willingness to work weekends or night shifts as required
Knowledge of Procore or similar software is considered an asset
All current safety training certificates are an asset for:
WHMIS with GHS
Standard First Aid
Working at Heights
Fall and Arrest Prevention
Worker Health & Safety Awareness
Completion of the following training:
Workplace Violence & Harassments
Accessibility Customer Service Standards
Accessibility Integrated Standards
